Metloub app refund policy

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@metloub.com with your order reference and purchase email. Do not send card details. Requests are reviewed and processed through Polar. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

A refunded license loses paid access after synchronization. A disconnected Mac may retain an existing signed receipt for up to 72 hours. Your local projects, media, and AppAtlas inventory are kept. Refunded launch discounts are not advertised as new launch slots.
